Please check the Fish Code before taking part in a sale. All winning bids and winning entries are final and binding.

1. General Rules

  1. Participants must check and confirm the Fish Code before placing a bid or entry.
  2. Hands, objects, liquids, and any other material must not be placed into a display vat.
  3. All winning bids and winning entries are final, binding, and cannot be cancelled.
  4. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their Bidder Number and the amount written or communicated.
  5. The Showcase committee's decisions regarding the sale process and winner determination are final.

2. ZNA Koi Show 2026

  1. All koi purchased through The Showcase must participate in ZNA Koi Show 2026, held on 11–13 September 2026.
  2. The ZNA Koi Show 2026 registration fee is included in the koi purchase price.
  3. Vat fees and dealer handling are not included in the purchase price and are the buyer's responsibility according to the relevant dealer's terms.

3. Payment

  1. Payment is due H+2, on 8 September 2026.
  2. Payment must be made according to the instructions of the dealer who owns the koi.
  3. The Showcase may blacklist a participant who does not pay by the stated deadline, unless a prior arrangement has been approved.

4. Live Auction

Live Auction uses open bidding with a Bidder Number. The minimum increment is determined by the current bid amount.

5. Blind Auction

  1. Every bid must clearly include the Fish Code, Bidder Number, and Bid Amount.
  2. Blind Auction closes at 13:00 WIB.
  3. Bids received after 13:00 WIB will be rejected and excluded.
  4. The participant with the highest bid is the winner.
  5. If the highest bids have the same amount, the winner is decided by Rock–Paper–Scissors.
  6. If one bidder submits more than one bid for the same koi, only that bidder's highest bid will be used.

6. Lucky Draw (Lottery Sale)

  1. Lucky Draw is a fixed-price koi sale.
  2. Participants must submit a sticky note with a clearly written Bidder Number.
  3. One bidder may have only one entry for each koi.
  4. Entries close at 13:00 WIB. Entries received after that time will be excluded.
  5. The winner is selected by chopstick draw. The participant who receives the chopstick marked red is the winner.

8. Important Reminders

  • Check the Fish Code before placing a bid or entry.
  • Make sure the Bidder Number is clearly readable and matches the participant identity.
  • For Blind Auction, write the Bid Amount completely and unambiguously.
  • Blind Auction and Lucky Draw both close exactly at 13:00 WIB.
  • Winning bids and winning entries are final and must be paid by 8 September 2026.
  • All koi must participate in ZNA Koi Show 2026 on 11–13 September 2026.
  • ZNA registration is included; vat fees and dealer handling are not included.

By participating in The Showcase, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms in this document.
